How Each Mandate Proceeds
Every matter we handle begins with a careful review of the estate's composition — what assets exist, where they are held, and what legal status applies to each. This initial stage informs every subsequent step.
For simpler estates where only an inventory is needed, the work concludes with a written register. For probate matters, the inventory feeds directly into the court application. For complete mandates, the process continues through to the final transfer and distribution of assets.
Throughout, the family receives written communication at each stage milestone — what was completed, what is pending, and what to expect next.
Initial Consultation & Scope Assessment
We discuss the estate's known composition, determine the appropriate mandate level, and confirm fees before any work begins.
Asset Identification & Documentation
We verify assets with the relevant authorities — Land Department, Revenue Department, financial institutions — and prepare the written register.
Court Filing & Representation
Where probate or administrator appointment is required, we prepare and file all documents and represent the estate before the Civil Court.
Distribution & Closure
We coordinate the transfer of assets to heirs, prepare final distribution records, and provide the family with a complete file of all proceedings.

A careful review of all property comprising an estate, including real property, bank accounts, vehicles, and personal effects held in Thailand. The review concludes with a clear written register suitable for family records and for any subsequent court filings, accompanied by a brief explanation of the legal status of each asset.
